Job Description
- Develop training programs to address skill gaps
- Collaborate with department heads to set learning objectives
- Create engaging learning materials (e-learning modules, presentations, manuals)
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions for employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics
- Maintain and update the LMS with relevant content
- Stay up-to-date with trends in learning and development
