About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers and team leads to identify training needs and align initiatives with business goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify gaps and recommend suitable learning solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create relevant content and materials.
  • Facilitate training sessions, ensuring active participation and engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
