Responsibilities
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Collaborates on plans and strategies towards learning management by working closely with the Senior Learning Advisor and the OD team to support the development and execution of a learning agenda that meets the most critical needs of the Enterprise. Works collaboratively with the Learning stakeholders to ensure the learning is managed and delivered effectively.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborates with the team in the development of Learning Management programs and initiatives that support and address the business requirements. Partners with other HR practitioners and stakeholders to support business leaders in identifying the learning requirements and providing support in implementing the changes
