About the Role
Your tasks- Analyze opportunities for continuous improvement and Innovation in all areas of the organization, identify, reduce and / or eliminate sources of variation and waste.Follow Lean Six Sigma methodology and the principles of Lean Management.Promote the sustainability of the Lean Mgmt culture through training, moderation of workshops, execution of projects and coaching.
- Coach and audit problem solving, 5S, shopfloor mgmt principles and daily mgmt in order to support the growth of our plant and prepare our new colleagues for their role.
- Lead Improvement projects, on the shopfloor, the warehouse and for our business processes.
**Profile**:- Bachelor ́s Degree in Engineering.
- 3-4 years of experience in continuous improvement / lean engineering.
- 2 years of project management experience.
- 2 years of experience in leading improvement projects.
- 5S / Jidoka /Leader Standard Work / Standard Work / Structured Problem Solving / Value Stream Map.
