Leads Generation Specialist

Overview

We are looking for friendly, professional people with strong English language skills to join our team.

Responsibilities

• You will make outbound calls to small business owners using a dialing platform.
• You will offer our website services to potential clients.
• You may answer inbound calls from potential clients, scheduling them for appointments to speak to a web designer.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with appointment setting OR equivalent outbound calling experience
• Ability to work from home (Must have good internet access, a computer, and a headset.)
• A history of great teamwork
• Strong customer-handling skills
• Able to work during USA business hours from 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time with overtime (7:45 p.m. to 4 a.m. Manila Time) Monday through Friday, along with an optional OT that ru...
