About the Role

The Lead Generation Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Conduct cold calls by making numerous outbound calls to potential clients
  • Research and identify potential leads through business directories, online searches, and digital resources
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions, information, and support
  • Accurately record and update customer information in the database
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Coordinator and team
  • Build and manage sales pipelines, including coordination with channel partners

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelors degree or Vocational course, preferably in Electronics, Management, Computer-related, or similar fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in cold calling...
