Leader, Product Engineering

Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, the Product Engineering Leader (PEL) ensures team members have clear priorities, are working to meet all deliverables, and have all the necessary tools to achieve the deliverables. The PEL retains design engineering responsibility as a Design Engineer/Technologist as assigned by his/her manager. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The following are the main job responsibilities and priorities for this position: Assist with the development of project management plans (PMP) (timelines, budgets, deliverables) that meet requirements of NPD plans. Provide guidance, support and leadership to your teams to ensure all PMP elements are met. Mentor team members as needed, and implement development plans for team members with the involvement of the Product Engineering Manager.
