Establish UX standards, principles, and frameworks that elevate design maturity across the organization. Act as the primary UX representative in roadmap planning and strategic design discussions. Drive the evolution of the design system at the architectural level: patterns, governance, adoption, scaling, accessibility. Ensure cohesive, accessible, and high‑quality experiences across platforms. Partner with designers and developers to implement design system standards and resolve complex UX challenges.
