Lead Structural Designer

Roles & Responsibilities Job Purpose The Lead Structural Designer is responsible for leading and delivering all structural design and drafting activities for FPSO projects, ensuring designs are safe, constructible, and compliant with project specifications, class rules, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Structural Design Leadership Lead and supervise structural designers and draftsmen for FPSO topsides and hull-related works. Plan, assign, and review structural design and drafting deliverables to meet project schedule and quality requirements. Ensure consistency and standardisation of structural drawings across the project.
Design & Drafting Execution Develop and review structural layouts, general arrangements, steel detailing, and fabrication drawings. Prepare and check 3D structural models using PDMS / E3D / AVEVA and 2D drawings using AutoCAD. Coordinate structural interfaces with piping, equipment, EIT, HVAC, and marine disciplines.
