Job Description
We're looking for a driven quality professional to join our Operational Excellence team in Ortigas as a Lead Specialist for Quality Management.
Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between our Total Quality System (TQS) and daily operations staff
- Monitor compliance with quality standards
- Develop and conduct training programs
- Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions
- Champion a culture of quality across Service Delivery Units
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a BPO environment
- Strong background in Quality Management Systems
- Data analytics skills you can put to work
- Confident trainer and facilitator (workshops, coaching, one-on-ones)
