Position Overview

The Lead, Space Strategy – MAC is responsible for managing office space reconfigurations, employee relocations, moves, adds, and changes (MAC) across the OMERS and Oxford Head Office portfolio. The role provides operational ownership of workplace move management and ensures space changes support evolving business needs, workplace strategies, and tenant improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage office space reconfigurations, employee relocations, moves, adds, and changes across the OMERS and Oxford Head Office environment.
• Drive end‑to‑end execution of MAC activity, including planning, sequencing, logistics, and on‑site delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and workplace standards are met.
• Develop move strategies, phasing plans, and swing space approaches to support tenant improvement projects and phased relocations.
