About the Role

Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or related field

  • 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally with exposure to petrochemicals or large industrial environments

  • Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors, SAP (or other similar systems), HR analytics, and workforce planning tools
