As a Lead Quality Specialist, you'll play a key role in executing strategic initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality systems, and driving a culture of quality. Your expertise will contribute to identifying and implementing focused product/process improvements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Reliability Engineering, and Services. Your role involves communication with the business unit, direct team, supervisor, and customers.
What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor's degree in technical field (mechanical/electrical engineering)
- 2+ years electrical and/or Continuous Maintenance Support experience
- proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ISO/AAR and ENR local regulatory standards, quality procedures, and audit techniques
