Manage Microsoft Active Directory (AD), including Group Policies (GPOs), user accounts, and critical services (e.g., DNS, ADFS).

Maintain identity tools like Entra Connect, AGPM, and Windows LAPS.

Resolve identity and system issues, providing 2nd-level support as needed.

Improve workflows and monitor system performance with tools like SCOM.

Respond to security incidents and ensure compliance with GDPR/ISO 27001.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Experience in IT operations, with a focus on managing Active Directory, ADFS, and Entra Connect.

Expertise in managing and troubleshooting identity and access services (e.g., AD, ADFS, DNS, AGPM).

Experienced in PowerShell scripting for task automation and system analysis (Enhancements / Troubleshooting existing templates)....
