We are currently supporting a leading energy company for the hire of a Lead Planner to join their growing Project Control team. The role will be responsible for driving project planning, schedule management, and performance monitoring across major Oil & Gas projects.

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the Oil & Gas industry
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Extensive experience managing planning activities throughout the full project lifecycle for large-scale onshore EPC projects
• Proven leadership experience in managing planning teams and coordinating with multidisciplinary project stakeholders
