Senior Process Engineer (Thin Film Coating) Provide manufacturing support for optical thin film coatings to ensure on‑time delivery and production targets are met, lead new process introductions, and drive continual improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide manufacturing support for optical thin film coatings to ensure on‑time delivery and production targets are met.
Lead new process introduction activities, including process development, capability enhancement, and machine upgrades.
Drive continual improvement initiatives such as cycle time reduction and machine process transfer (in/out) to enhance productivity.
Provide technical support on proper substrate handling and integration into the coating environment, including substrate preparation methods.
Operate and utilize metrology instruments for thin film characterization, such as spectrophotometers.
