Hands-on technical leadership on a large-scale digital platform: .NET + React/Next.js + DXP/CMS. Real architectural ownership and team mentorship.
Must-have
- 8+ years as C# .NET Developer (.NET Framework + .NET Core).
- Hands-on DXP/CMS : Optimizely, Umbraco or equivalent.
- React + Next.js on the frontend.
- REST API design and development.
- SQL + NoSQL database management.
- Proven technical leadership guiding dev teams.
- Microservices and scalable system architecture.
