About the Role
- Primary Function: Manage inbound & outbound leads, build rapport with sellers, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth handoff to acquisitions team
- Handle incoming calls from potential sellers
- Retrieve, input, and update lead data in CRM (Podio)
- Schedule appointments for qualified leads
- Conduct follow-ups for warm leads
- Perform quality assurance calls to check on past interactions
- Build strong rapport with sellers over the phone
- Ask the right questions, listen actively, and identify seller motivation & urgency
- Ensure a smooth handoff to the acquisitions team
- Edify the company & acquisition manager to instill trust
