As a Lead Management Team Coordinator, you will support EY teams in responding to client opportunities, including proposals and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This is a graduate‑level, coordination‑focused role, ideally suited for individuals who enjoy organizing information, working across multiple teams, and managing deadlines within a professional services environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end coordination of client opportunities, including proposals and RFPs
- Track and circulate new opportunities to relevant teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate and organize input from multiple stakeholders to support submissions
- Maintain accurate records and tracking reports using Excel and internal systems
- Monitor timelines and follow up with teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Support quality reviews and compliance checks in line with EY policies and governance requirements
