Role Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Development, the Lead, Learning & Development will drive the design and delivery of impactful learning experiences across the organization. The role includes subject‑matter expertise in learning design strategy, cross‑functional collaboration, and leading complex, high‑visibility projects supporting employee development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high‑impact learning solutions, including eLearning modules, instructor‑led training, virtual instructor‑led training, microlearning, job aids, and performance support tools.
- Create mock‑ups, scripts, or storyboards for learning materials such as videos, eLearning modules, articles, job aids, and learning environments.
- Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) to ensure adult learning principles are embedded and measurable outcomes are achieved.
