- Administer and support enterprise storage environments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance for critical applications.
- Design, implement, and administer Veritas NetBackup, including backup policies, retention schedules, and recovery procedures.
- Monitor and troubleshoot backup jobs to ensure SLA compliance; perform restore validations, DR testing, and backup audits.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for storage/backup incidents; drive service reliability improvements and prevent recurring issues.
- Support operational excellence through capacity planning, performance optimization, and lifecycle activities for storage and backup services.
