Identify the reported incident as Corrective or Adaptive.
Open tickets in Topdesk and follow them until closed and User Acceptance of the solution provided
Corrective incidents identify if it’s related to Security, Data Problem or program issue.
Escalate open incidents to second like support if they can’t solve it.
Review, research and document all SAP system change requests received from the business affecting the Finance and Accounting areas
Prepare documentation of current SAP incidents. Document time spent on specific projects using Lincoln’s time tracking tools
Perform data analysis as requested; perform and document system testing of configuration changes
Check IDOC in error status and follow up until fixed
