- Manage the onboarding team, accountable for reports and analytics .
- Manage the recruitment partners' contract renewals, risk and compliance management for pre-employment documents and pre-employment medical exams.
- Mandated by the government and client requirement and govern internal and external audits.
- Acting as a consultant to new employees.
- Creating and updating our employee handbook.
