Lead Field Service & Workshop Operations

Bühler Group is looking for a Team Leader for Field Service in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. You will lead a team of Field Service Engineers and Workshop Operators, ensuring high-performance levels and compliance with EHS standards. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in after-sales service operations, 5 years in team management, and proficiency in SAP. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu are required, with knowledge of Chinese being an advantage.
