Lead Electrical Engineer (Design)

Assist to lead User / Client meetings acting as technical lead for Design / Build Team as required. (Electrical Discipline as priority).

Technically sound in designing for Local & International projects with standards, environmental codes, building codes and safety standards.

Ability to convey and coordinate complex technical issues to senior managers, Cost Manager, and Procurement Managers.

• Support M&E Manager to plan internal training for the Electrical Engineers
• Train for pre-sales engagement and ensure knowledge transfer of design methodology, cost modelling, etc. to employees.
• Plan and arrange regular courses and seminars for the team.

• Organize regular inter team briefings and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Conduct Lessons Learnt sessions for each project stage completion.
