Lead Delivery Manager - Sydney | Hybrid
We're partnering with a growing technology business in the insurance technology space to hire a Lead Delivery Manager who can elevate delivery performance while remaining close to the realities of customer delivery.
This is not a traditional people leadership role.
You'll operate at a senior level — leading complex customer programs, supporting and mentoring Delivery Managers, and helping shape how delivery is executed across the organisation.
Success in this role requires strong commercial judgement, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and the confidence to lead through influence while remaining accountable for outcomes.
