Lead BA
10+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or product management within the IT industry. At least 5 years’ experience working with AI/ML and data technologies, including GenAI, NLP, and predictive analytics. Proven track record of leading AI-related business initiatives from ideation to implementation. Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is preferred. Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, data lifecycle, and model deployment. Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python (basic), and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Ability to interpret data science outputs and translate them into actionable business insights. Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) and their business applications.
