ATI is looking for a full‑time LEAD ARCHITECT to join its Dubai Studio.

The Role

As a Lead Architect, you will assume responsibility for the delivery of large and challenging projects. You should be well organised, experienced and exhibit excellent communication, technical and leadership skills to ensure successful coordination and delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a design team through project completion.
• Lead coordination and successful incorporation of client, authority and design team requirements into project development.
• Establish a clear understanding of the client brief, including scope, space requirements, operations, design expectations, budget and time constraints.
