Lead Application Support Engineer

This role blends technical leadership with ownership of people, priorities, and processes. You’ll oversee incident management, change governance, and reliability improvements, ensuring operational standards are consistently applied across platforms and regions.

• Lead production issue management and act as senior escalation point.
• Own production health, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Govern change activity, balancing delivery speed with stability.
• Coordinate major incidents and problem management outcomes.
• Define and deliver reliability improvement priorities.
• Champion automation and observability initiatives.
• Act as the primary interface with engineering, delivery, and business stakeholders.
