Lead AI Engineer/Tech Lead (Operations & Experiential Innovation)

We are seeking a hands-on and forward-thinking Lead AI Engineer / Tech Lead to drive Dezign Format’s transformation into an AI-enabled organisation across both operations and experiential delivery.

You will play a key role in shaping the company’s technological direction, with the opportunity to build and lead your own in‑house AI and engineering team over time and develop proprietary systems that create long‑term competitive advantage.
