PeopleManagement & Team LeadershipLead a small L&D Support team with line management responsibility for four direct reports. Identify process improvements and efficient delivery noting the improvements made ensuring processes meet the needs of all our customers. Additionally, design and document process diagrams and documents. Lead all administrative and technical aspects of the Learning Management System, including overseeing the uploading of content & curricula on the LMS, testing, assigning, maintaining, and reporting on learning content. Work with L&D leaders to maintain LMS inventories (course catalogue) and optimise for LMS reporting. Work closely with the MI team, L&D leaders, and the L&D team to ensure that up to date data is provided in the required timeframes.
