The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a public sector organization to support capability development and communications learning initiatives.
• We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager (Programmes & Operations) to support the sourcing, coordination, and execution of learning programmes, webinars, and external training partnerships.

The Talent

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of total work experience, with at least 3-5 years in learning and development
• Strong experience in sourcing and curating training programmes or learning content
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently with internal stakeholders and external partners
