About the Role
- Plan and coordinate LCLshipments by consolidating cargo from multiple customers
- Optimize container spaceutilization while ensuring cargo compatibility and safety
- Work with co-loaders,warehouses, and internal teams to build efficient consolidation plans
- Booking & Coordination
- Arrange bookings with carriersor co-loaders for LCL shipments
- Confirm sailing schedules,routing, and cut-off times
- Identify and proposealternative schedules when required to meet customer deadlines
- Documentation & System Updates
- Create and maintain shipmentfiles in the in-house system
- Prepare and verify shippingdocuments including House Bills of Lading (HBL) and manifests
- Ensure accuracy and timelinessof all documentation
- Warehouse & Cargo Handling Coordination
- Coordinate cargo receiving atwarehouse/CFS (Container Freight Station)
