About the Role:

As a Laundry Assistant, you will ensure laundry and linen services are of a high standard and quality for our residents.  You must have the ability to safely engage in manual labour tasks and heavy lifting when required.

Responsibilities include:

• Collecting, washing, folding, ironing, labelling, and returning resident's personal clothing on a daily basis.
• Maintaining a high standard of personal and operational hygiene at all times.
• Identifying and reporting any equipment/operational failure issues.
• Ensuring all activities performed are in accordance with infection control and WHS requirements.
