As an Account Director, you’ll build relationships with high‑value prospective customers by learning about their organizational structure, influencers, and decision‑makers. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle, negotiate prices, and work with engineering and resources to close the sale. You’ll gather customer needs and provide continuous feedback to the product team to ensure we build features that are valuable.
