- Proactively monitor core metrics of last-mile products, promptly identify and resolve issues to elevate merchants' logistics experiences.
- Streamline and standardize operational processes, implementing a closed-loop system for exceptions, and enhance efficiency through digital operations.
- Consistently develop a service provider evaluation system, enhancing product capabilities and establishing a core competitive edge in the market through high-quality management and collaboration with service providers.
