Role

The Large Format Production Supervisor is responsible for leading the shift team to execute the Production Schedule efficiently. This role balances hands‑on production work with the oversight of team performance, ensuring all bespoke products meet rigorous quality standards and customer deadlines. The Supervisor acts as the first point of contact for technical issues and is the final gatekeeper for Quality Control.

Leadership & Supervisory Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating the Bespoke team on shift to ensure daily targets are met.
• Monitoring the production schedule in real-time, reassigning tasks as needed to prevent bottlenecks and ensure on‑time delivery.
