GFL Environmental Landfill Supervisor

We are looking for a Landfill Supervisor to join our team in Swift Current, SK.

The Landfill Supervisor will assist and coordinate day‑to‑day field operations to ensure quality service and product line efficiency. Provide leadership to site staff and promote a positive employee/employer relationship. They will review and process day‑to‑day operations, provide guidance, and plan and delegate job duties as required.

Requirements

• Experience operating heavy equipment.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience along with experience working with Front End Loaders and Dozers.
• Ability to obtain Transfer Station/Landfill Operations Certification if needed.
