Job Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for conducting all necessary field surveys, from initial site reconnaissance and boundary identification to final as-built documentation.
- Establish and maintain control points and site benchmarks, ensuring their integrity throughout the construction process.
- Lead the execution of topographic and as-built surveys to capture essential data.
- Take charge of site layout by performing accurate setting out and marking of all structural and infrastructural elements such as roads, buildings, utilities, and earthworks.
- Leadership role in managing and guiding the surveying team, including junior surveyors and chainmen.
- Act as the primary liaison between the survey team and project engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
