About the Role
Dillon is seeking a proactive Land Development Engineer to join our team in Calgary or Winnipeg. Utilize your technical skills to manage projects and foster client relationships in an agile work setting.
As part of Dillon’s Land Development Business Unit, you will lead projects from initial planning through to post-construction. Your role will encompass project management, client interactions, and mentoring of junior engineers. You will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality engineering design and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project management for land development initiatives
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and client correspondence
