Laboratory Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory
• Supervise laboratory personnel and coordinate daily work activities
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain laboratory equipment and coordinate calibration, servicing, and maintenance schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of laboratory supplies and consumables
• Prepare and maintain laboratory documentation, reports, and records
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support project requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and promote a strong safety culture within the laboratory
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and productivity
• Perform any other duties assigned by management
