Job Descriptions:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory
- Supervise laboratory personnel and coordinate daily work activities
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain laboratory equipment and coordinate calibration, servicing, and maintenance schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of laboratory supplies and consumables
- Prepare and maintain laboratory documentation, reports, and records
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support project requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and promote a strong safety culture within the laboratory
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and productivity
