Lab & EH&S Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, and inventory oversight
• Lead EH&S programs including chemical hygiene, biosafety, hazardous waste, and emergency response
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and laboratory safety regulations
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations
• Maintain SDS records, compliance documentation, and training programs
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
• Deliver safety training and partner cross-functionally to support operational readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field
• 3–7 years of laboratory experience, including 2+ years in EH&S or laboratory safety leadership
