Lab Computing Technician

Locations:Cambridge, MA Framingham, MAWaltham, MA

**This role will require full-time on-site presence at a client site in the greater Boston area**

Zifo is looking for a Lab support technician to join our Lab Computing team. This position will work closely with the Lab computing team and clients to troubleshoot issues with hardware and software in the pharmaceutical laboratory setting.

Responsibilities:

• Support the end-user desktop including, but not limited to, troubleshooting issues, implementing approved software, and removing older software versions


• Setting-up, maintenance and administration of end user computer devices and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations
