The role focuses onstrengtheningour Safety Culture, across the regionbypromoting safety leadership, ownership, and accountability at all levels.The person willbe responsible fordrivingourcontinuouslogisticssafetyimprovementsthrough robust KPIsmonitoring, field engagement, andcross functionalcollaboration.The role will also ensuretherobust governance of EVD/iPOMS ,leading root cause analysis (RCA) , andpromotingstrong field engagement.
