L2 Remote Support Engineer (Desktop, Servers, Microsoft365, Security)

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Remotely support client IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365 Emails, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, manage and maintain on premise or cloud domain controllers, file and application servers, antivirus/security, firewalls, local wired/wireless networks, server/data backups and recovery.
• Document client IT infrastructure accurately.
• Suggest upgrades to latest technologies to help clients modernise, scale and grow.
• Fluent in English – verbal and email communication.
• Work from home and resolve client IT issues remotely as per agreed SLA.
• Proactive, quick learner, open to learning new IT skills.
• Receive upskilling training from Burhani.
