Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and proactive L2 Cloud & Infrastructure Support Engineer  to support AWS cloud infrastructure, Windows Server environments, networking, and core IT services. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands‑on experience with AWS administration, and the ability to support business‑critical infrastructure operations. 
Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 support for AWS cloud infrastructure and services. 
Manage and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
