We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as part of the Client-ProdTechSup-IV-V-1 group. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT production support, particularly in environments related to payments or merchant services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in IT production support or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Sitescope, Tivoli Netcool/WebGUI.
- Experience with Java Virtual Machine, Unix/Linux OS, Windows, MQ, OOS/Webmethods.
- Experience in a large IT production support environment.
- Experience in an ITIL-based role, such as Service Desk, Incident, Problem, or Change Management.
