Job Summary Responsible for providing on-site first-line network support, smart‑hands assistance, and physical maintenance of LAN/WLAN infrastructure. Ensures continuous network availability for critical business and operational environments through rapid incident response and structured cabling support. 
Key Responsibilities Provide L1 on‑site network support for incidents and service requests 
Perform daily checks of network rooms (MDF/IDF), cabling, and device health 
Handle smart‑hands tasks (cable replacement, port swaps, device reseating) 
Troubleshoot basic network issues (link down, Wi‑Fi issues, IP phone faults) 
Support switch, AP, and endpoint replacement under L2/L3 guidance 
Assist in structured cabling, patching, labeling, and network MAC activities
