About the Role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in L1/L2 IT or OT operations support.
  • Experience in ITS, traffic management, tolling systems, or 24/7 mission-critical operations preferred.
  • Hands-on knowledge of VMware, vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, ESXi, and HCI/VxRail clusters.
  • Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, CRM, databases, RSE systems, and back-office transaction flow.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, change management, and SLA monitoring.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
