We are hiring an L1 HardwareTechnician to support our internal IT and infrastructure needs.

Role Requirements

• Networking (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, gateways)
• Laptop & desktop hardware repair and maintenance
• Mobile phone troubleshooting- Printer & scannersetup and support
• Structured cabling & trunk/patch management
• Internet connectivity issues & ISP coordination
• General IT infrastructure support

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• Good understanding of computer hardware componentsand troubleshooting.
